MiniMe Mindfulness teaches children life changing mindfulness and mindset techniques. This class will help your child to build confidence, recognise and understand emotions, reduce stress as well as having fun!
Camp notes
The classes will be held in the school's main hall, access through the main reception of the building.
All children will need to bring a packed lunch, snacks and a refillable water bottle.
Please note that there will be a £5 per child fine for late collection over 15 minutes. All children will need to bring a packed lunch, snacks and a refillable water bottle.
Children should also dress for the weather as we will be using the outside space and Forest School. This could means coats and wellies or sun hats and sunscreen.
